The last two weeks have been very busy weeks, some fun some not so fun. On April 22nd we headed to Boise to spend the weekend with our family and friends....and of course for the Daughtry concert!!!
Here we are on our way to the concert
Kim, Me, Kayla
Shawn, Rigg

Funny story about these two blurry pictures. We had two guys in front of us that were PLASTERED (and the concert hadn't even started yet) We were trying to take a picture of the three of us, and the one turned around and said he would take the picture for us. He took the first one and said it was blurry and so he took the second one. He thought the second one turned out great and was quite proud of his work. Well I guess the second one is an improvement :)
Waiting for the concert to start.
1st Band: CAVO
I had never heard of them, but they were really good. The drummer was so good... Kim and Kayla, I think you know what I mean ;)
2nd Band: Life House
SOOOO good! They played a lot of new stuff that I didn't know, but they played a lot of their old stuff that I love.

3rd Band: Daughtry
AMAZING!! I was not ready for the concert to be over. It was so good.
So the concert was amazing and we had a great time. Saturday was the beginning of the not fun part of our weekend. That morning the guys went golfing, half way through Shawn got really sick and threw up out golfing, and continued to be sick the entire rest of the day. We had made plans with his family to meet up that evening to go to dinner. Shawn wasn't feeling up to it, so I took the kids and went to dinner. We got to the restaurant and had just barely ordered our food, when Taylor threw up all over Kayla. So we very quickly left, leaving Luke with Todd and Janae. Taylor also continued to be sick the rest of the day. We got her all cleaned up and asleep, when Todd sent Shawn a text letting him know that Luke had just thrown up all over their carpet. FABULOUS! And he continued to be sick the rest of the night as well. All I can say is THANK YOU to Rigg, Kim and Kayla for all your help. Rigg took care of Linkin while Kim, Kayla and I cleaned up throw up. I think I would have ended up in the nut house with out everyone's help. Between the three of them being sick and taking care of Linkin it made for a VERY long night. I thought everyone was better on Sunday, but on our way home on Monday Taylor threw up in the car about 10 minutes out of Pocatello. That almost had the other two puking again. Thank goodness it never hit me, but I think I have dealt with enough throw up in that one weekend to last a life time.
All the kids...Peyton, Taylor, Luke and Linkin
This last weekend was a busy weekend as well. My cousin Amy got married. It was an amazing ceremony. I had forgotten the counsel and things that were said in our sealing so it was amazing to be there for theirs. It was a great weekend and so good to be with all the family. We also got some very fun and exciting news, my brother Blake and his wife Sam told us that they are expecting their first baby!! I am so excited for them and I can't wait to spoil him\her rotten! So congratulations to Blake and Sam on the new baby and congratulations Amy and Zac on your marriage.
Happy 4 Years

Sounds like the concert was a blast!! I went to lifehouse in 99 and they were great then (other than all the high and drunk people of course...well they made life interesting I guess)!! So sad about all the puke, yuck!! We had it a few weeks ago, not that bad though! I have tried to call a few times, so whenever you get a second (I know how busy life is) give me a call, I want to come see you and your kids!!! Get better soon!! PS you are looking like the regular hot mamma Tracy you always are!
bahahaha that bottom picture is atrocious.
